Refunds & Return Policy

We offer a 10 day trial period. If after 10 days from receipt of the item you decide that you don't love your mat, simply let us know and we will organise pick up of your item for it to be returned in exchange of a refund.  Please email info@roaringfit.com 

If any of the below issues occur you may wish to exchange your item: 

  • The wrong item was received (evidence is needed).
  • The item has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
  • The item arrived in poor quality condition (evidence is needed).
